How to Play PCSO 3D Lotto
The PCSO 3D Lotto offers three daily draws every 2PM, 5PM and 9PM, providing multiple opportunities to participate.
The game procedure is as follows:
Number selection: Choose three numbers from 0 to 9 on the 3D Lotto playslip, one for each column.
Bet amount: Determine your wager, with a minimum bet of ₱10 per combination. The maximum bet amount may vary.
Optional feature: Mark "Rambolito" for a system bet if desired. This generates all possible combinations of your chosen three digits.
Draw selection: Opt for the 2PM, 5PM, or 9PM draw, or participate in all three.
Lucky Pick option: If you prefer, you can mark the LP (Lucky Pick) box to let the terminal randomly select your numbers.
For Rambolito play:
If you select three different digits (e.g., 123), the system will generate six combinations.
If you select two repeating digits (e.g., 122), the system will generate three combinations.
Remember, the ₱10 play amount is inclusive of the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Playing PCSO 3D Lotto
Let's say you want to play the 5PM draw of PCSO 3D Lotto. Here's how you might proceed:
- Number Selection: You choose the numbers 3, 7, and 9.
- Bet Amount: You decide to place a ₱20 bet.
- Play Type: You opt for a standard play (not Rambolito).
- Ticket Details: Your ticket would show:
- Numbers: 3-7-9
- Draw: 5PM Bet
- Amount: ₱20
- Play Type: Standard
- Potential Winnings: If the 5PM draw results are exactly 3-7-9 in that order, you would win: ₱4,500 x 2 = ₱9,000 (because you bet ₱20, which is 2 x ₱10)
Rambolito Example: If instead you had chosen Rambolito with the same numbers (3, 7, 9), your ticket would cover these six combinations: 3-7-9, 3-9-7, 7-3-9, 7-9-3, 9-3-7, 9-7-3. In this case, if any of these combinations match the drawn numbers in exact order, you would win ₱750 x 2 = ₱1,500 for your ₱20 bet.
Remember, these examples assume a ₱20 bet. Your actual bet amount may vary, and winnings would be adjusted proportionally.
